Our environment, our responsibility. Let’s protect it together
Together, we can build a healthier, greener, and more sustainable future. Every small effort counts, and we invite you to be part of the change.
Neighbourhood Environment Watch (NEW), was formed purely out of the sense and need to create values and help shape society within an inclusive environmental developmental model, in which people in the neighbourhood would be inspired to own their environment and its rich biodiversity, and interact with it in a mutually beneficial relationship. The aim was and remains to address environmental and social justice challenges resulting from a lack of concordance between the people and their environment.
We proudly collaborate with partners who share our vision and commitment to empowering communities.

Turning ideas into impact through practical solutions and community-driven initiatives.

We focus on key priority areas that guide our work, shaping initiatives that promote social justice, sustainable livelihoods, strong communities, and responsible leadership for a better future.
Promoting a healthy planet and advocating for fairness and equality for all
Ensuring sustainable management and responsible use of natural resources
Supporting farmers and communities to secure food, income, and resilience.
Strengthening democratic practices and fostering transparent, accountable leadership
Developing leaders and fostering harmony for sustainable peace
Improving access to clean water, sanitation, and healthy hygiene practices.
Our strategy guides every action we take, combining research, collaboration, and innovative solutions to achieve sustainable impact and lasting change.
